Lionel Messi Angry with Barcelona board as Antoine Griezmann deal moves closer


   Lionel Messi is reportedly furious with the acceleration of the deal for Antoine Griezmann. Barcelona have moved a step closer to signing the Atletico Madrid star this weekend. Reports surfaced of a meeting between Greizmann’s family and the Barca board and Barcelona’s director of sporting relations has refused to deny it took place. "If Bartomeu met with Griezmann's family as the newspapers say, then there may well have been an approach," Guillermo  Amor told Movistar. Though, I don't know anything for sure." He added: "There is a good relationship, there can also be comfortable conversations. "Rumours are inevitable in the football world.
   "In Griezmann's case there are many people we talk to; it's our obligation to have contact with players." And Don Balon claim Messi is unhappy that the deal is going forward. Messi is close friends with Luis Suarez and believes a deal for Griezmann will put his place in doubt.
Messi was annoyed to lose Neymar in the summer and didn’t want the trio split up. However it now looks like he’ll be playing with Ousmane Dembele and Antoine Griezmann.

Neymar agrees to join Real Madrid

coutinho picks Barcelona shirt number.

    Liverpool star Philippe Coutinho will complete a move to Barcelona in the next few days, according to.  reports in the Spanish media. Reports on Tuesday suggested the La Liga giants have launched their biggest bid yet for Coutinho, with Liverpool’s reported offer to raise his wages again and offer him the long-term Reds captaincy deemed to fail.     Indeed, reports in Barcelona-based newspaper Sport believe the transfer has been agreed with the move expected to go through before the end of the week.
